“Compass” Research, Education and Consulting Center” NGO is looking for a digital governance expert/expert services provider to join the “CapSLoc: Capable and Sustainable Community-Based Development” Project team.

Job description:

Fulfillment of the duties of a digital governance specialist within the framework of the “CapSLoc. Capable and sustainable community-based development” project implemented by the “Compass” Scientific Research, Educational and Consulting Center” NGO.

Reporting to: “Compass” Scientific Research, Educational and Consulting Center” NGO, Project Team Leader

Job responsibilities:

Regularly review the digital governance systems of Akhuryan Community, including website, social media platforms, digital content and other online systems.

Introduce innovative and effective online tool integration activities in Akhuryan Community

Identify areas for improvement and develop a comprehensive digital governance strategy.

Provide ongoing advice on the implementation of the digital governance strategy

Train and educate staff members on effective digital governance practices.Required skills for a Digital Governance Specialist:

Higher education in management, communications or related fields.

Minimum 3 years of work experience in the field of communications.

Communication and training skills.

Ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at different levels of the organization.

Good knowledge of methodologies, tools and processes for developing digital governance systems.

Experience working with communities.

Ability to work independently as well as as part of a team,

Punctuality and attention to detail, analytical skills,

Excellent written and oral knowledge of the Armenian language,
