Position: SMM Specialist
Location: Gyumri
Work format: online and offline

Within the framework of the “Youth Council Model” project, Compass NGO is looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist /SMM/.

Job responsibilities:
1) Prepare posts and publications for social pages, including the website,
2) Respond to emails from social pages, conduct correspondence,
3) Prepare posters and implement advertising campaigns,
4) Develop content plans,
5) Participate in professional courses or trainings, if necessary,
6) Perform other functions arising from the project.

Required skills:

Experience in managing and running social media pages,
Knowledge of digital platforms,
Knowledge and experience in marketing,
Photo/Video editing, Reel making,
Ability to work in a team and be responsible,
Analytical and communication skills,
Excellent knowledge of Armenian and English,
Ability to learn quickly and navigate.
