On March 2, 2019, the conference hall of the Eurasia Partnership Foundation hosted an event to present the results of the “CSO Entrepreneurship Capabilities and Development Needs Survey” project implemented by the “Compass” NGO.

Representatives of active civil society organizations and international organizations attended the event.

During the event, the picture of the composition and structure of human resources of CSOs in the Republic of Armenia, financial management capabilities, experience, skills in entrepreneurial activity, as well as the grounds and reasons for their willingness to engage in it were presented.

The survey serves as a basis for organizing training courses, providing consulting services, and other possible activities in this direction in the future.

After the presentation of the results, a question-and-answer session was held, questions were raised about providing opportunities for CSOs to engage in entrepreneurial activity, as well as opinions were expressed on the analysis of the survey.

The main partner of the project is the International Center for Intercultural Studies, Training and Dialogue, which implements the project “Community Development through Social Entrepreneurship”. The project is funded by the Armenian Delegation of the European Commission and co-financed by the Austrian Development Cooperation.
