Within the framework of the “Transparent Budget, Responsible Community” program, on November 10, 2019, another public discussion was held in the Pemzashen settlement.

During the meeting, the following were presented:
✅ participatory budgeting processes and their importance,
✅ successful examples of participatory budgeting, both from international and Armenian experience,
✅ methods of presenting budget data in an accessible and understandable form.

💬 Residents also came up with their questions and suggestions, actively participating in the discussion. They raised a number of issues in their community, in particular, the need to restore the cultural center, garbage collection, solve stray dogs and other community problems.

📌 The project is implemented by the “Compass” Scientific Research, Educational and Consulting Center” NGO within the framework of the small grants component of the “CSOs4SLD2.
