The project is funded by the European Union. The main objective of the project is to promote transparency and public participation in higher education processes by conducting analysis, monitoring and simplified budgeting of state budget programs in the education sector. This objective will enable target groups, primarily students and lecturers, to be informed about financial allocations to the sector, as well as to engage in public discourse in policy development and implementation processes, acting as active stakeholders.

Specific objective: To contribute to increasing the efficiency and transparency of the budgetary process in the higher education sector through the use of analytical and public tools.

Actions: 1.1 Analyze the budget structure and performance indicators of higher education, based on which develop an analytical report with suggestions for improvement 1.2 Develop 1 simplified budget for the higher education sector
1.3 Organize 2 public discussions
1.4 Disseminate the results and reports among the beneficiaries

Expected results: 1.1 1 analytical report will be prepared with at least 5 recommendations
1.2. 1 simplified budget for higher education has been developed and published 1.3. 2 public discussions have been held with the involvement of at least 40 participants
1.4. The report and budget will be presented to at least 15 educational institutions,
organizations in the sector and the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology and other stakeholders
