On May 10, 2016, at 12:00, the final event of the presentation of the results of the “Participatory Monitoring for Quality Communal Services in Gyumri” project will take place in the large hall of the Nane Hotel (address: Garegin Nzhdeh 1/5).

““Compass” Scientific Research, Educational and Consulting Center” NGO has been implementing the “Participatory Monitoring for Quality Communal Services in Gyumri” project since June 2016. The goal of the project is to study the quality of services provided by the municipality in the areas of outdoor lighting, garbage collection and sanitary cleaning in Gyumri, to identify existing problems in the field and to develop proposals for their solution.

Within the framework of the monitoring, the quality of services provided in the fields of garbage collection and lighting in Gyumri was studied, existing problems were identified and proposals for improving the sectors were developed. The reports are available on the website.

The project was implemented within the framework of the “Protect Society for Responsible Governance” program implemented by the Transparency International Anti-Corruption Center NGO. The initiative was made possible by funding from the United States Agency for International Development.
