“Compass Research, Educational and Consulting Center” NGO, within the framework of the “Commitment to Constructive Dialogue” program funded by the European Union and implemented under the leadership of the “Armenian Lawyers Association” NGO, together with its partners “NGO Center” CSD NGO, “Dilijan Youth Cooperation Center” NGO, “Information Systems Development and Training Center” NGO, are implementing the “Participatory Monitoring for the Creation of Smart Communities in Armenia” sub-grant program in the two enlarged communities of Shirak, Lori and Tavush regions. The program budget is 24986000 AMD, of which 22516000 AMD was provided by the “Commitment to Constructive Dialogue” program. The duration of the program is from June 1, 2018 to May 31, 2019.
In the mentioned communities, monitoring of services provided by local governments in the areas of garbage collection, lighting and maintenance of intra-community roads will be implemented, packages of proposals for improving public policy will be developed, and work will be carried out to promote population awareness and participation in the field of public governance.
The project requires a suitably qualified technical expert to implement the monitoring of services provided in the areas of maintenance of intra-community roads.
