Attached is the RA Higher Education Budget Analysis Report and the Simplified Budget for 2026, which were developed by “Compass” NGO within the framework of the sub-grant of the “Budgets for Citizens” program. The program is implemented in cooperation with the Armenian Lawyers Association NGO, the Center for Economic Development and Research NGO, and Agora Central Europe (Czech Republic).
