Specialized and multi-layered teaching staff ensures the quality of education. The mentioned figures indicate that the educational system has experienced and scientifically capable personnel, but at the same time the issue of the need to attract young personnel and train them in modern specialties is raised. The data were obtained as a result of the monitoring of the project “Promoting Transparency and Participatory Control in the Higher Education Sector of the Republic of Armenia through Monitoring and Analysis”.
