Final settlement terms If there is no dispute regarding the amount of salary to be paid upon dismissal, the final settlement shall be made:
1) in the event of termination of the employment contract with an employee who will continue to work until the day of dismissal, on the day of dismissal.
2) in the event of termination of the employment contract with an employee who does not work until the day of dismissal (due to illness, dismissal, imprisonment, etc.), within one day from the moment the dismissed employee submits a request for final settlement.
If a dispute arises regarding the amount of money due to an employee upon dismissal, the administration shall in all cases be obliged to pay the amount not disputed by it within the period specified in this article.
