Taking into account the scope of the activities of the “Compass” Center in the areas of monitoring, advocacy, and public policy development, and the risk of conflict of interest caused by the appointment of NGO Board member Tigran Petrosyan as the Governor of Shirak, the application for his resignation from the Board of the “Compass” Center was unanimously approved at the meeting of the Board of the Center on March 10, 2019.
