This study is a study aimed at increasing the effectiveness of the implementation of the Regional Development Plan and the Regional Strategic Plan in Armenia, based on the example of the city of Gyumri, and is based on the political approaches and strategic priorities adopted by the Government of Armenia, which is designed to promote the active participation of both citizens and civil society organizations in the process of policy development, implementation and evaluation.
