“Compass” research, training and consultancy center NGO  joined the Republican Union of Employers of Armeniato implement “Women entrepreneurship development” training 21-23 of November. The training covered topics such as:

• Entrepreneurship and business
•  Specifics of women entrepreneurship
• Organizational-legal forms; specifics and differences
• Registration of a legal entity (company name, statute, seal, bank account)
• The objective and subjective obstacles in running a business in Armenia
• Generation of business ideas
• SWOT analysis

Girls and women who either wanted to have their own business or had a start up took part in the training course.
